We are coming to the time when recipes for cooking will not be needed, for God's people will learn that the food God gave Adam in his sinless state is the best for keeping the body in a sinless state.


Manuscript Releases, vol. 21

Stones Scones Dessert

Ingredients: 

1½ cups oat flour

1½ cups almond flour (also called almond meal)

½ cup 100% pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon distilled water

⅓ cup add-ins like a mix of pecans, pistachios, walnuts, or carob chips

Pinch of salt


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the flours. Add the maple syrup, vanilla, and water and gently fold the ingredients together with a rubber spatula until the dough forms into a solid clump. Fold in the nuts, carob chips

On the lined pan, press out the dough to a round that is an inch-plus thick; wet your fingers a bit to help keep the dough from sticking. Use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to cut the dough into 8 wedges.

Arrange the wedges about ¼ inch apart on the baking sheet.

Bake for 18 minutes, until browned on top. Keep an eye on them as they brown up quickly. If possible, serve warm.


Delicious Kale Chips

Ingredients: 

1 Bunch of organic kale (curly or Tuscan)

1–2 Tablespoons avocado oil

¼ Teaspoon Himalayan fine sea salt

Optional: Sprinkle paprika, cayenne pepper, nutritional yeast or garlic powder for extra flavor.  Spinach can also be used in addition to or instead of kale if desired.  


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F

Wash and dry the kale thoroughly. Remove the stems.

Have a bowl and put avocado oil and seasonings

Massage the kale with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt (and any optional seasonings).

Spread plenty of kale in a single layer 

Bake for 10–15 minutes, checking around the 10-minute mark. They should be crisp but not browned.

Delicious Radish Chips

Ingredients: 

Organic radishes

Avocado oil

Himalayan fine sea salt

Optional: Sprinkle paprika, cayenne pepper, nutritional yeast or garlic powder for extra flavor.  


Instructions:

Turn oven on 350°F

Wash radishes

Slice radishes into thin slices

Have a bowl and put avocado oil and seasonings

Massage radishes in the bowl with avocado oil and seasonings

Line baking pan with plenty of radish slices

Bake for 12 minutes or until radishes are crispy

(You can also combine spinach, kale, and radishes to have a variety of chips)


Delicious Raw Salad

Ingredients: 

Organic radishes

Onion

Garlic

Organic cucumber

Organic tomatoes

Organic spinach

Organic chickpeas

Organic cilantro

Himalayan fine sea salt

Hot pepper (optional)

Olive oil


Instructions:

Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into cubes

Slice radishes thin

Cut onions and garlic

Smash garlic and spinach

Combine in a bowl all the ingredients

Season with olive oil and seasonings

Serve and enjoy


Tasty Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Ingredients: 

Whole wheat spaghetti 

Garlic 

Onion 

Cilantro  

Green Thai round eggplant 

Nutritional yeast 

Red pepper 

Organic spinach and red beet leaves and kale 

Hot peppers 

Almond butter 

Himalayan pink fine salt 

Italian seasoning 

Garlic powder 

Avocado oil 

Organic extra virgin cold pressed Olive oil 


Instructions:

Boil spaghetti in a pot for required amount of time

When done, set aside and drain 

In a big pan, sauté the avocado oil, garlic, onion, hot peppers first

Add and sauté green Thai round eggplant, organic dark leafy greens, cilantro

When fragrant and sauteed, put all the spaghetti on top, then add seasonings, nutritional yeast, red pepper, almond butter, Himalayan salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder

At the end, add some olive oil, and mix together till blended nice

Serve warm and enjoy :) 


Organic Potato Salad

Ingredients: 

Organic potatoes

Organic eggs from healthy chickens

Organic celery

Garlic

Cayenne pepper

Himalayan fine salt

Garlic powder

100% Pure maple syrup

Dijon mustard

Vegan mayonnaise

Sweet relish


Instructions:

Boil potatoes and eggs in big pot of water till soft

Cut up the celery and garlic and put into another bowl

Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces on a cutting board

Cut eggs into small pieces and put both in bowl

Combine all the ingredients in bowl

Combine everything in the bowl and mix very well

Taste test

Enjoy!
